I'm on the road to Indianapolis, IN to see another friend right now. I'm at Cracker Barrel waiting for some grilled Cod. Yum. Probably not going to post anymore pics until I get a wifi connection. I'm using verizon's broadband right now at my table.
Once I hit Indy later this afternoon, we may hit a Final Four practice session then go out for dinner/drinks. I should be hitting the road early in the morning tomorrow (depending on how tonight's events transpire) and make it home by tomorrow evening. It's about a 11-12 hour drive home from Indy. Whew!
I tossed around the idea of heading to Cooperstown, NY to see the Baseball Hall of Fame, but I think I'll save it for another trip. 600 miles for a couple hours of Baseball History is a long ways, especially since I'm on day 14 right now. Time to call it a trip and head back to the house. If I went, I'd be getting home late Sunday evening, then getting up semi-early Monday morning to go to the Nationals home opener versus the Phillies. I want to have Sunday to rest then start fresh Monday. I will post some pics of the Nationals home opener Monday evening - and I'll call that the Grand Finale of this venture.
I will post pics of Field of Dreams and Indy (and anywhere else along the way home) as soon as I can!
